Appearance:
Humanoid: Valireon is tall and fair with long, golden hair in gentle curls. A long, narrow nose and elongated ears give him an androgynous appearance. He has no tattoos but, as a nephilim, engravings in gentle relief can be seen on some parts of his body which glow during the use of magic/sorcery. Valireon's eye colour varies from an icy/silver blue when in good health to gold/green when weakened in some way. As the physics in the mortal realm and ethereal realms differ, he stands naturally at 8 heads (around 240cm) in the latter but is no more than 6 heads tall in the former.
Canine: Valireon can shift into the form of a white wolf with the help of fairy glamour. He grows a white, feathery pelt with silver and gold accents; lupine eyes are gold. Valireon develops an extravagant tail.
Dragon: As a dragon, Valireon grows pearly iridescent scales which glimmer with silver and gold. Draconic eyes are silver. He wears an elegant crystal necklet.
Trademark: As a humanoid, Valireon usually wears ruffled/draped tops, vests and fitted breeches with high buckled boots. He prefers darker wine colours (plum, grape, maroon, etc.) and black; usually, he wears some kind of silver jewelry, be it watch chains or rings or necklaces. He always wears a silver charm bracelet gifted him by Cecil. As it's charmed, the bracelet shifts to fit both his animal forms. It may or may not have special abilities.
Biography
Valireon's history is unclear. It is believed that he was born to a demon father and angel mother; he remained in the custody of the angels and lived as one for several centuries. However, Valireon always knew he was different than the others, and curiosity had gotten the best of him. As a youth he crossed the threshold between light and dark. His innocence soiled, Valireon was cast from the realm of angels and fought a sad (and brief) existence amongst the mortals before being taken in with the Fae. Adopted as a Fae himself, he further developed his magic as well as his demonic side (Fae practise neutral magic). Eventually, Valireon was able to move freely between the realms.
Much of his power remains undeveloped, and in terms of ethereal beings Valireon is rather young. He eventually moved to the underworld and established an empire among the demons; while he holds some grudge against his angel brethen, it's important to label him as neither "good" nor "evil". He acts as he pleases, but is not inconsiderate of the needs or concerns of others. Valireon believes that the ends justify the means and will go to whatever lengths necessary once he sets his mind to a certain task. With patience and far sight, he has no problem waiting centuries for things to happen.
