Q: Does everything on this website belong to you?
A: All the characters, locations and terminology have been created by me/remain un-coined unless otherwise specified. Foreign characters will not be hosted. Locations are fictitious and belong to this universe of my creation (Kinzir) unless otherwise specified on their respective pages. Terminology are typically standard; this means that most spells, chants, runes, etc. are real pieces of witchcraft and/or magick.
Q: Can I use (character, place, term, etc. from this site) elsewhere?
A: I can't stop you from doing anything, really. But I'd prefer you only use my characters and universe either in art/fiction which I commission, or on sites I frequent (and therefore consent its use). Should you decide to use anything on this site elsewhere, all I ask is that you at least give me credit and link back to this site. If you steal content/material, I will find you and tell all your friends that you're a thief. c:
Q: Can I use (image, code, etc. from this site) elsewhere?
A: You can go ahead and try to hotlink my images, but Angelfire will filter them. HTML and CSS are languages and therefore do not belong to any one person, but I'd prefer that you didn't steal the entire website's coding. I spent several hours compiling, testing and fixing it, and it really hurts to see all that hard work ripped off. If you really want some website coding, just ask me and I'd be more than glad to put something together for you. Otherwise, resources I've used which don't belong to me (images, fonts, cursors) are listed on the credits page. You may take those directly from the source and credit their original creators.
